Perry Williams

Chiropractor, DC, DACBSP, MS, USAW

Dr. Perry Williams graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 1996 and began his private practice in Winchester, Kentucky in 1997. He holds advanced certifications in sports chiropractic (CCSP and DACBSP) and has extensive experience with elite athletes.

Dr. Williams has served as the team healthcare provider for USA Weightlifting at the Junior Pan American Championships in Colombia, the Olympic Trials, and the IWF World Championships. In 2018, he provided healthcare at the Wheelchair Fencing World Championships in Italy.

His expertise earned him a spot on the United States Olympic Committee’s sports medicine team for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro and the 2018 Paralympic Games in PyeongChang. He also completed a volunteer rotation at the Olympic Training Center in Lake Placid. In 2017, he was named “Sports Chiropractor of the Year” by the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians.

In 2020, Dr. Williams became a National level Olympic Weightlifting coach, guiding thirteen nationally ranked weightlifters. In 2021, he received the “Order of Ikkos” medal from four-time Olympian and hall of fame inductee Gerek Meinhardt.

Bobby Steware M.Ed.

Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Bobby Stewart holds a B.S. in Physical & Health Education from the University of Arkansas and an M.Ed. in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the University of Louisiana. He also completed specialized training in Musculoskeletal Evaluation & Rehabilitation at the University of Florida. Bobby is a member of the American Society of Exercise Physiologists and is certified in CPR and First Aid.

With over 25 years of experience in therapeutic exercise and wellness, Bobby founded MedFit PT in 2016 after selling his health club to focus on his passion for medically guided exercise programs and post-rehabilitation conditioning. His approach integrates exercise therapy, clinical exercise physiology, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation to create personalized rehabilitation programs tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.

Bobby’s expertise is particularly focused on wellness, fat and weight loss strategies, and the management of balance disorders, low back and neck pain, and functional capacity conditioning. He is dedicated to helping clients enhance their quality of life through holistic, individualized care.
